PURPOSE: A road paving system for water storage, an undercurrent, and snow melting and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent global warming and heat island by reducing the atmosphere temperature of a road and surroundings. CONSTITUTION: A road paving system for water storage, an undercurrent, and snow melting is formed by cutting an asphalt layer(1) and installing multiple surface block assemblies on the cut portion. Each surface block assembly is composed of a water storage block(110) and a road surface block(120). The water storage block has multiple water storage spaces(111) with open tops. The road surface block is formed in a C-shape and covers the top and side surfaces of the water storage block. |
