<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for rice processed food, which is configured so that the inside and outside of a pair of inner films to be overlapped can be surely isolated, and a package for rice processed food. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging material for rice processed food includes an outer film 100 configured in such a manner as to be separable in the width direction, and an inner film 200 superposed on the outer film 100 through a sheet-like food B, and configured in such a manner as to be separable in the same direction as the outer film 100, the outer film 100 and the inner film 200 being sealed to enclose the sheet-like food B. The inner film 200 includes a pair of first films 211, 212 disposed on both lateral sides in the width direction and sealed to the outer film 100, and a pair of second films 221, 222 disposed on the center side in the width direction in conformation to a rice processed food A.
