PURPOSE: A house for two households is provided to obtain privacy by differentiating a level of space and a room and to allow residents to sufficiently experience a view of the ground by closely locating the two households on the front of the ground. CONSTITUTION: A house for two households comprises a courtyard(20), a first house, and a second house. The first house includes a plane in which a half stories rise around the center while the courtyard is rounded. The second house includes the plane in which the half stories rise around the center while the courtyard is rounded, and a bottom surface becomes a ceiling slab of the first house. |
