PURPOSE: A touch panel for recognizing a reflected light wavelength is provided to improve accuracy and to increase a reaction speed by recognizing coordinates based on the intensity and wavelength of light and loading a program at a coordinate position. CONSTITUTION: Reflected light wavelength sensor units(100) are installed on a touch panel and sense light reflected from an object to sense the intensity and wavelength of the light. A wavelength information setting unit(200) sets a wavelength which a color of the object has and a set wavelength information obtaining unit(300) obtains wavelength information from the wavelength information setting unit. A wavelength recognition range setting unit(400) sets a maximum value and a minimum value. If the wavelength of the light is between the maximum value and the minimum value, a coordinate value calculating unit(700) calculates coordinates of a sensed spot.
