<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery that is reduced in thermal damage in burning of a positive electrode and has excellent battery characteristics, and the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method of manufacturing the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a positive electrode active substance surface coated with an inorganic solid electrolyte, the method including a preliminary calcination process of preliminarily calcining an inorganic solid electrolyte precursor under a temperature condition of a temperature lower than the glass transition temperature of the inorganic solid electrolyte, a coating process of coating the positive electrode active substance surface with the calcined inorganic solid electrolyte precursor and a crystalline inorganic solid electrolyte, and a final calcination process of calcining the positive electrode active substance under a temperature condition of a temperature equal to or higher than the glass transition temperature after the coating process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
