PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate discomfort caused by a slide show display using an image to which transition processing is applied.

SOLUTION: An imaging device is characterized by comprising: imaging means for obtaining a dynamic image; a first image processing unit for applying addition processing to add a transition effect of any of a start transition effect at the time of starting a dynamic image display and of an end transition effect at the time of ending the dynamic image display; an information addition unit for adding information related to the transition effect as additional information to the dynamic image with the transition effect applied by the first image processing unit; and a storage medium for storing the dynamic image with the transition effect to which the information related to the transition effect is added.
