<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable blade hydraulic turbine runner capable of reducing a clearance, even if a movable blade hydraulic turbine has a large clearance at an internal peripheral side of a runner blade, and a movable blade hydraulic turbine. <P>SOLUTION: A water seal member 32 is rotatably arranged at an internal peripheral side of a runner blade 21, a protrusion amount of the water seal member 32 to the side of a runner boss 12 is made variable, and the clearance formed at the internal peripheral side of the runner blade is maintained small. Preferably, a groove 31 is formed at the internal peripheral side of the runner blade 32, the water seal member 32 is rotatably arranged in the groove 31, and an elastic member 35 is arranged in the groove 31 so as to push the water seal member 32 against the side of the runner boss 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
