<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables an nucleic acid to be simply collected in a minimally invasive manner from a subject's skin, and a nucleic acid sampling kit. <P>SOLUTION: The nucleic acid sampling method includes the step of forming a micropore in the subject's skin, and the step of collecting the nucleic acid contained in the subject's skin, by arranging a nucleic acid sampling member with a recovery liquid on the skin where the micropore is formed. The nucleic acid sampling kit includes a fine needle chip having a fine needle for forming a micropore in the subject's skin, and the nucleic acid sampling member arranged on the skin having the formed micropore and used to collect the nucleic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
