<p>Disclosed are a method for attaching an E-UTRAN and a mobility management entity, so as to reduce a time delay by which a user terminal attaches a network, and improve the attachment efficiency. The attachment method comprises: step A: a network side, when receiving an attach request sent by a user terminal, obtaining context information of the user terminal; step B: the network side executing an authentication procedure and a security procedure between the network side and the user terminal; step C: the network side establishing a tunnel used for information transmission between the network side and the user terminal; step D: the network side establishing a default bearer between the network side and the user terminal; after the step A is successfully executed, executing the step B and the step C in parallel; after confirming that the step B and the step C are successfully executed, executing the step D.</p> |
