PURPOSE: A position-based alarm system for an accident construction site is provided to inform the occurrence of an accident by transmitting an alarm message to terminals around an accident spot through a terminal which is possessed by a person when the accident is occurred. CONSTITUTION: A position-based alarm system for an accident construction site includes a management server(10), a transmitting device(20), and a terminal(30). The management server is structured with a field information database. The transmitting device transmits information to the management server through wired/wireless communications, and is installed in a vehicle or is possessed by a person in the accident spot. The terminal includes a position information collecting device(31), and is accessible to the management server through the wired/wireless communications. The transmitting device comprises a position information collecting unit(21), a sound input device(22) and a control part(23). The control part converts the sound collected from the sound input device into text information, and acquires position information of the transmitting device through the position information collecting unit, and transmits field information including position information and text information to the management server. The management server transmits an alarm message per unit distance to the terminal from the accident spot, and the alarm message includes field information including the accident spot and an expected accident handling period.
