PURPOSE: A heat resistant composite material and a method for preparing the same are provided to protect a reinforced fiber from crack by a reinforced surface coating layer containing carbon nanotubes, and to improve durability of the heat resistant composite. CONSTITUTION: A heat resistant composite material contains: a preform which is woven with a reinforced fiber(F); a matrix(M) of a silicon carbide component filling a gap between the reinforced fibers; and a reinforced surface coating layer which covers the reinforced fibers. The reinforced surface coating layer contains the carbon nanotubes. |
