PURPOSE: A real-time condition customized dealing system is provided to collect the purchasing and selling conditions on a wire/wireless network in real-time for making a deal, thereby activating the dealing transactions. CONSTITUTION: A client module(100) sends a request for a deal by generating a bargaining tag to a server(300). A member store module(200) receives the deal conditions and the bargaining tag from the server. The member store module is inputted with the modification or acceptance of the deal conditions from a provider, and sends the inputted data to the server. The server extracts the store's members from a database(310) based on the deal conditions, and transmits the deal conditions and the bargaining tag to the extracted store's member. The member store module includes a processor for data processing, an application program for transaction, a memory, and input/output devices.
