摘要 PURPOSE: A client information construction using a QR(Quick Response) code and a method for promoting an advertisement and managing a client through text message connection are provided to construct a client information database by receiving client information when a user scans the QR code, which advertisement information is recorded, by using a smart phone, thereby supplying a customized advertisement to the client. CONSTITUTION: A management server generates a QR code which an advertisement code is recorded corresponding to a request of a business(S100). The management server inserts the QR code into various advertisements which are provided to a client(S200). The client scans the QR code by using a smart phone(S300). The management server requests input of personal information to a corresponding user(S400). The personal information is transmitted to the management server(S500). The management server constructs a client database by storing the personal information in a database(S600). The management server generates an advertisement text message corresponding to advertisement information of the QR code and transmits the advertisement text message to the smart phone(S700).
