The device (10) has abutment parts (20) and a load lifting part (26) detachably connected with an annular screwing flange by attachment screws (24). The load lifting part comprises two movable locking bolts (28) moved after approximation of the load lifting part to the abutment parts by an adjustment unit through eyelets of the abutment parts to detachably couple the load lifting part with the abutment parts. The adjustment unit is remote controlled, and the abutment parts are connected with each other by a tie bar (22). The adjustment unit is designed as a double working hydraulic cylinder.
