PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a contact resistance with a rear electrode layer by forming a contact layer on the upper side of the rear electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). A first through groove is formed on the rear electrode layer. A light absorbing layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) and a high resistive buffer layer(500) are formed on the light absorbing layer. A window layer(600) including oxide is formed on the high resistive buffer layer. |
