<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cup aligning device and a manufacturing method for a handling attachment using same, capable of manufacturing the handling attachment having high accuracy even in a stage before the completion of a workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: A handling attachment 5 is provided with four vacuum cups 51 that sucks a surface to be sucked of a workpiece, and a support member 55 that holds them so as to maintain the positional relationship of the vacuum cups 51 to each other. The aligning device 1 for the vacuum cups 51 comprises a base plate 2 and four aligning jigs 10 that are disposed on the base plate 2. The aligning jig 10 is provided, at the upper end thereof, with a pseudo-workpiece surface 100 to be brought into abutment with the vacuum cup 51.
