<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack that is mounted in a vehicle such as a hybrid vehicle or an electric vehicle, and maximizes the utilization of space within the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A battery pack mounting structure is characterized in that while ensuring a space for mounting the battery pack, modifications to an existing vehicle structure is minimized by minimizing the reduction in existing usable spaces such as indoor space or a trunk space, the utilization of spaces within a vehicle is maximized, and workability for mounting the battery pack is favorably ensured, uniform cooling of respective battery cells constituting the battery pack is attained, and occupants in the vehicle are prevented from having an uncomfortable feeling caused by discharging air used for cooling the batteries to the outside of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
