<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consignment support apparatus supporting power consignment to reliably implement simultaneous equal-amount control. <P>SOLUTION: A power consignment support apparatus 30 supports power consignment through a power system 1 from a power supplier 10 to a power user 20 and comprises: supplied power detection means 31 capable of detecting a supplied power amount from the power supplier 10 to the power system 1 within a specific time; received power detection means 32 capable of detecting a received power amount from the power system 1 to the power user 20 within a specific time; and supply-and-demand balancing support means 35 in which, in order to make the supplied power amount from the power supplier 10 within the specific time equal to the received power amount by the power user 20, while defining both the supplied power from the power supplier 10 to the power system 1 and the received power from the power system 1 to the power user 20 as a balancing target, balancing support processing is performed to execute at least either balancing of the supplied power amount from the power supplier 10 within the specific time or balancing of the received power amount by the power user 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
