<p>An optical connector cleaning tool that wipes and cleans joint end faces of an optical connector, the tool having: a cleaning body that moves; a feeding mechanism that feeds and retrieves the cleaning body; a storage body that stores the feeding mechanism; a plurality of distal end tubular parts; and an external tubular body that contains a plurality of distal end openings where the plurality of distal end tubular parts extend, and through which the plurality of distal end tubular parts pass. The tool is provided with: an extending part that extends from the storage body; and a head member for pressing the cleaning body onto the joint end face at a distal end of the extending part, the plurality of distal end tubular parts being passed therethrough. The plurality of distal end openings are formed such that the plurality of distal end tubular parts passing through the plurality of distal end openings can move toward and away from each other.</p> |
