A data exchange system based on mobile terminal state change, including a processing module, a detection module and a storage module connected to each other. The detection module detects state change data of a mobile terminal and stores the state change data of the mobile terminal in the storage module. The detection module reads the state change data of the mobile terminal stored in the storage module and processes same so as to decide on the state change type of the mobile terminal, thus triggering a corresponding event.
