PURPOSE: An electrochemical DNA sensor for diagnosing infectious respiratory diseases is provided to enhance sensitivity and to conveniently and quickly measure influenza virus. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrochemical DNA sensor for diagnosing infectious respiratory diseases comprises: a step of reacting an amine compound of chemical formula 1 and NaNO_2 in distilled water under the presence of an acid catalyst to prepare diazonium salt compounds of chemical formula 2; a step of dissolving the compounds of chemical formula 2 in an acetonitrile solution containing 0.1 M NBu4BF4(tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate) and dipping carbon electrodes or metal electrodes in the solution; a step of applying -1.0 to 0.5V of current at room temperature to introduce a functional group on the electrode surface; a step of dissolving EDC(N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N'-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride) and NHS(N-Hydroxysuccinimide) in a phosphate buffer solution and dipping the functional group-introduced electrodes into the buffer solution to prepare a EDC/NHS-functional group-introduced electrodes; a step of dissolving avidin in a phosphate buffer solution and dipping the EDC-NHS-functional group-introduced electrode into the buffer solution to prepare avidin-functional group-introduced electrode; and a step of dipping the avidin-functional group-introduced electrode in a biotinylated probe DNA solution. |
