PURPOSE: A purified water and ionized water supplying apparatus is provided to individually supply purified water and ionized water by the selection of a user, and to supply oxidized water and reduced water with the optimized pH for various purposes by combining the oxidized water and the reduced water according to a choice. CONSTITUTION: A purified water and ionized water supplying apparatus comprises a filter section(310), an electrolytic bath(330), an open-and-close valve(391, 393, 395), a control section(350), and a mode setting section(370). An electrolytic bath flows out purified water from the filter section without processing, or oxidized water and reduced water after through electrolysis by a predetermined mode. The open-and-close valve opens or closes at least one path among paths of the purified water, the oxidized water and/or the reduced water which comes out of the electrolytic bath. The control section turns on or off the electrolytic operation of the electrolytic bath by a setting, and controls the opening and closing operation of the open-and-close valve. The mode setting section sets the mode according to the choice of a user.
