<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe navigation support system of a construction ship, the system that presents a criterion concerning safe navigation to a ship operator of the construction ship. <P>SOLUTION: A safe navigation system 10 comprises an AIS base station 12, a web server 14, a dredger station 16, and a barge station 18. The dredger station 16 comprises a personal computer 22 mounted on a dredger 20, and the barge station 18 comprises a personal computer 28, a PDA 30, and a web camera 34 mounted on a push boat 26. The web server 14 constructs communication networks through the internet line with the AIS base station 12, the dredger station 16, and the barge station 18, respectively, and determines occurrence of coming across with the construction ships and the object ships based on the course information, the position information and the speed information of the object ship, and the position information and the sea route transverse reference information set beforehand for the construction ship included in the AIS information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
