<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage receptacle also used as a lumbar support when not used, and supporting the lumbar of an occupant seated in a seat. <P>SOLUTION: The baggage receptacle B1 has a mounting portions 23 and 24 for mounting the baggage receptacle on a seat SE, and is used while being mounted on a seat portion SS of the seat SE. The baggage receptacle has a substantially box shape with a top opening when used, the box shape has a substantially square-shaped bottom wall portion 4 mounted on the seat portion SS and a substantially square cylindrical side wall portion 7 extending upward from the bottom wall portion 4, and a cushion portion 11 constituting a cushion when the baggage receptacle is not used, is disposed at least at part of the side wall portion 7.
