<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize processing delay when collecting and accumulating data on a network and performing processing according to a user's purpose. <P>SOLUTION: In the present invention, processing means records a failure rate when data cannot be acquired from postscript means in failure rate storage means. Upon acquiring data from the postscript means, if a ticket for making the processing means participate in a group to which the postscript means belongs exists in the postscript means, the processing means acquires the ticket and determines whether or not to belong the group of the acquired ticket on the basis of the failure rate. When it is determined not to belong the group, the processing means transmits a withdrawal request to the postscript means. The postscript means calculates the total result of the failure rate acquired from all the processing means, generates a ticket from an input rate of itself and an output rate of itself, registers the processing means which acquires the ticket in a group list, and when the withdrawal request is acquired from the processing means, deletes the processing means from the group list. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
