The second display portion is pivotally connected to the first display portion. The first display portion and the second display portion turn relative to each other. The replaceable casing is coupled to the first display portion and/or the second display portion. The portable electronic device with the at least a replaceable casing enables users to change the at least a replaceable casing that comes in different colors and styles to meet user needs.
