The invention provides a trolley (10) which includes a frame (12) having a base (14), a movable retaining member in the form of generally C-shaped steel mesh tray (15), castor wheels (16), a lower loading portion (18) and an upper loading portion (20), an attachment means in the form of a cable (22) and a lock mechanism in the form of a snap lock arrangement. The frame (12) is fabricated from steel bars that extend substantially perpendicular to end regions (24) of the base (14). The tray (15) is mounted onto the base and configured to be movable relative to the base (14) in a typical swivel manner facilitated for by its generally convex surface (26). The frame (12) has reinforcement means in the form of steel bars (28) extending across a horizontal plane defined by the frame (12). An axle (30) spans the base (14) and is welded thereon to permit wheels (16) to be fitted at end regions of the axle (30). Abutment means in the form of a pair of steel brackets (32) extend from the base (14) and are configured to make contact with a ground surface during a loading process. |
