The device has a hand bendable retaining plate (1) connected with a clamping spring, a pipe element (59) and an open pipe element. The pipe elements are altered along incisions (57), at opposite lateral incisions or by hand bendable retaining lamellas. A rinsing module (8) is arranged at a distance at a strainer basket wall (5) or a strainer basket bottom (35). The retaining plate comprises a hand bendable mold part in a retaining surface (62) of the retaining plate to arrange mold parts such as silicone disks, silicone nub and silicone ring. The rinsing modules are rinsing strips and rinsing blocks. An independent claim is also included for a retention device for a medical product.
