PURPOSE: A dissolved organic carbon measuring device is provided to accurately measure dissolved organic carbon included in a specimen by using a switching valve with six ports, a UV lamp, and a conductive cell. CONSTITUTION: A dissolved organic carbon measuring device is composed of a first pump(10), a switching valve(20), a UV lamp module(30), a conductive cell(40), and a data processing device(50). The first pump suctions water. The switching valve includes a plurality of ports(21-26) which selectively switch the inflowing water from the first pump. The UV lamp module is connected to the switching valve and radiates ultraviolet rays on a specimen, thereby oxidizing the specimen. The conductive cell is connected to the switching valve, thereby measuring the conductivity before and after the oxidation of the specimen.
