The present invention relates to a seat, and, more specifically, relates to a seat-plate slide tilting seat wherein the neck of a seated person can always be stably supported even when the positions of the seat plate and a backplate part are changed, by ensuring that, when the backplate part is rotated, a central part changes shape so as to match the seated person's body by changing shape in resilient fashion while the seat plate slides and moves forwards over a predetermined distance, and ensuring that the backplate part, which has a plurality of regions, performs an interlinked movement with the forward-advancing movement of the seat plate via linked coupling.
