PURPOSE: A zoom lens system and a photographing apparatus are provided to supply 30 times high magnification and to reduce a size at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A zoom lens system comprises a first lens group(G1) which has positive refraction power, a second lens group(G2) which has negative refraction power, a third lens group(G3) which has the positive refraction power, and a fourth lens group(G4) which has the positive refraction power. A diaphragm(SP) is arranged in the closest side of the object of the third lens group. When the zoom lens system is zoomed from a wide angle edge to a telephoto shift, the first lens group and the third lens group are fixed in an optical axis direction. The second lens group moves and is zoomed along the optical axis from the object side in an upper direction, and the fourth lens group moves along the optical axis direction and performs focusing. |
