The present invention relates to a fastening system (1) shear load-carrying capacity of which is high and can compensate errors resulting from machining or assembling. The said fastening system (1) comprises at least one first connection member (3) which has at least one conical stud (2) on thereof, at least one second connection member (5) which has at least one conical hole (4) on thereof and at least one conical pin group (6) consist of inner pin (7) and outer pin (8) having conical and eccentric inner and outer surfaces, which enables the first connection member (3) and the second connection member (5) to be assembled to each other.
