<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source controller capable of controlling the power supply with optimum timing. <P>SOLUTION: A power source device 1 includes a plurality of series circuits connected thereto in parallel, the series circuits having secondary batteries 11A and 11B, and relays 12A and 12B connected to the secondary batteries in series, respectively.
