<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel humanized antibody fragments that specifically bind to prostate cell-surface antigen (PSCA). <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides a humanized antibody fragment which specifically binds to PSCA on the surface of cancer cells selected from the group consisting of scFv, scFv dimer (diabody), sc-Fv-CH3 dimer (minibody), and scFv-Fc.
