<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image heating control device able to speedily obtain stable image heat performance regardless of the type of a recording material and an environmental temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The image heating control device comprise: power supply amount control means for controlling an amount of power supplied to a heat source so that the detection temperature of paper passage part temperature detection means is controlled so as to have a first temperature determined in advance; power supply amount detecting means for detecting an amount of power supplied when the temperature detected by a paper non-passage part temperature detecting means reached a second temperature determined in advance; and air stream sending control means for starting to send air stream for cooling by air stream sending means so that when the second temperature is reached, an amount of air stream sent by the airstream sending means is increased according to the amount of power supply, detected by the power supply amount detection means, if the amount of supplied power is large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
