<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure adsorption head which can transfer a functional film to a cell culture container without giving an effect (damage or the like) on a functional property-exhibiting area (functional compound layer) due to negative pressure suction. <P>SOLUTION: The negative pressure adsorption head 40 is characterized in that negative pressure suction holes 44 are mainly formed in the circumferential edge portion area s1 of an adsorption face 41, and the functional film 10 is substantially adsorbed to the absorption face 41 of the adsorption head 40 with negative pressure suction holes 44 formed in the circumferential edge portion area s1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
