Provided is a floating-body type wind power generating device equipped with a floating body which floats on a water surface, and a wind power generator provided to the floating body. In a planar view, the floating body substantially forms a V shape comprising three columns, and two lower hulls which connect the three columns. The upper surfaces of the columns are formed so as to be located higher than the upper surfaces of the lower hulls. The wind power generator is provided to an upper surface of at least one of the three columns. In a submerged state, water flows into the inside of the hollow lower hulls, and the upper surfaces of the lower hulls are installed so as to float above the water.
