<p>The invention relates to engine construction, in particular to engine units with rotary heat engines. The invention makes it possible to increase fuel combustion efficiency, to reduce heat losses, to simplify the design and to reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The engine unit comprises an engine housing with end covers having inlet and outlet apertures therein, a rotor with pistons fixed thereon, the rotor being mounted on an output shaft in the housing, seals, a system for producing a steam-gas mixture, which system is connected to an engine control unit and comprises a chamber for producing a working steam-gas mixture, which chamber is mounted outside the engine housing and is connected via inlet openings to external combustion chambers, a water tank connected to a recovery unit, a water supply pump and electromagnetic water supply nozzles which are connected to the chamber for producing the working steam-gas mixture, which chamber, in turn, is connected via outlet openings to the inlet apertures of the engine housing. Additional electromagnetic valves are mounted in front of the inlet apertures of the engine housing. Working chambers are formed in end walls of the rotor. The engine has exterior heat insulation.</p> |
