The wall covering (9) has a jamb formed between a wall and a frame of window. A heat insulating plate (10) of a hygroscopic material is provided at the covering side (7) having vapor retardant lining (11). The lining is made of metal and is provided with self-adhesive film (12), adhesive (15), sealing compound or foam plastic. The hygroscopic material of heat insulation plate is a porous material such as calcium silicate. An independent claim is included for inner space ventilation method.
