<p>PURPOSE: A rear electrode substrate manufacturing apparatus for solar cell is provided to form an injection hole for precisely injecting an electrolyte into a base substrate, thereby reducing manufacturing time. CONSTITUTION: A substrate moving unit(210) moves a base substrate. An injection hole forming unit(220) includes a work table(221), a laser unit(222), and a table driving unit(223). The injection hole forming unit forms a hole for injecting an electrolyte into the base substrate. A manipulating unit(240) receives a manipulation command from a user. A controller(250) controls the operation of the substrate moving unit and the injection hole forming unit.
