<p>This signal transmission circuit that transmits signals via an insulating element is provided with: a pulse conversion means, which receives input signals, and converts the input signals into pulse signals; a thin film transformer, which includes the insulating element, receives output from the pulse conversion means, and outputs corresponding complementary first and second output signals; a gate grounding circuit, which amplifies first output signals; a gate grounding circuit, which amplifies the second output signals; a PMOS transistor, which has a drain terminal connected to a node that receives the first output signals of the gate grounding circuit, and which adjusts the first output signals; a PMOS transistor, which has a drain terminal connected to a node that receives the second output signals of the gate grounding circuit, and which adjusts the second output signals; a constant current source, which has a power supply node connected to one end, and a source terminal of the PMOS transistor and a source terminal of the PMOS transistor connected to the other end; and a comparator, which compares output of the gate grounding circuit and output of the gate grounding circuit with each other.</p> |
