The headlight (1) has a housing (2), and a lighting module arranged in the housing. An adjusting device (7) adjusts alignment of the lighting module, and comprises a setting shaft that is rotatable around a longitudinal axis. The shaft has an adjusting section attached to the lighting module, where a cross-section of the adjusting section is formed normal to the longitudinal axis of the shaft. The adjusting section has linear sections that have different normal distances to the axis of the shaft, where the linear sections determine a defined position of the lighting module.
