PURPOSE: An intelligent order waiting service method is provided to enable a client to display work information and preparation documents on a window monitor, thereby rapidly processing work without inputting additional information. CONSTITUTION: A kiosk receives work information from a client and generates a recognition code including a call number(S31). A client terminal photographs the recognition code and transmits the recognition code and an identifier of the client terminal to a server(S34). The server analyzes the recognition code and transmits order waiting information to the client terminal(S36). The server extracts the work information based on the identifier and transmits preparation documents to the client terminal(S37). The server transmits the work information and the preparation documents to a window unit in response to a call signal of the window unit(S38).
