PURPOSE: An initial rainwater processing structure and a rainwater purifying system using the same are provided to deliver initial rainwater to a waste pipeline by only collecting the initial rainwater from the rainwater flowing in a rainwater pipeline. CONSTITUTION: An initial rainwater processing structure comprises a rainwater pipeline(10), an initial rainwater discharge pipeline(20), a water gate(100), and a control unit. The rainwater pipeline comprises a discharge hole(11) on the bottom and allows rainwater to flow. The initial rainwater discharge pipeline is connected to the discharge hole. The water gate is installed in order to open and close the discharge hole. The control unit controls to open the water gate to allow the initial rainwater to flow in through the discharge hole and to close after the inflow of the initial rainwater.
