PURPOSE: An urgent load control system in a distribution line and a control method thereof are provided to prevent a total black out by listing urgent load control objects and manifesting to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A database part stores switching state information or telemetering load information. A distribution system administration unit selects at least one switch for the urgent load control object. A communication terminal(300) lists urgent load control objects and manifests to the outside. A telemetering connection part(400) transmits the telemetering load information to the database part. A DAS connection part(500) transmits the switching state information to the database part.
