PURPOSE: A leader-investor interlinking security exchange system and a providing method thereof are provided to increase profit rates by using an investment strategy of a leader investor followed without opening trading records of the investor. CONSTITUTION: A modeling module(130) manages a model portfolio generated by selectively changing only a trading action matched with modeling rules set by a business operator(400) based on a leading portfolio. A control module(110) generates a trading order of an account of an investor selecting a leader investor(300) so that the account is interlinked with the model portfolio.
