<p>PURPOSE: An observation technique is provided to precisely observe the speed, density, and direction of a solar wind of a space between the sun and the earth. CONSTITUTION: An observing system(200) of radio frequency between planets comprises a tile unit(210) which generates observation data by observing a radio frequency signal which receives an interference by a solar wind which is generated in the sun; a node unit(220) which digitizes and stores the generated observation data; and a data analyzing unit(230) which produces a cosmic radio frequency property by analyzing the digitized observation data.
