<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regional energy management method which instantaneously restores a surrounding area by: securing a power source, after a disaster strikes, for a disaster control base, a disaster prevention base as well as fluctuating number of shelters on a community center level; installing distributed power sources such as photovoltaic power generation as well as wind power generation; and establishing cooperation between the surrounding area and a large-scale facility such as a factory operating an emergency power source. <P>SOLUTION: A regional energy management method comprises the steps of: constructing a system which interchanges a portable battery function, when a disaster strikes, between a restoration base using a business facility and a shelter in a surrounding area; securing a power source at the shelter as well as optimally operates a power supply facility of a factory by using the system; and deciding a power source delivery amount with respect to power supply demand of the shelter on the basis of a business continuation state of the business facility, a power system interconnection state as well as operation information on a battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
