<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement both of carrier sense operation and demodulation operation while keeping satisfactory performance. <P>SOLUTION: A band variable band-pass filter 106 restricts a pass band of a reception signal. A reception signal strength measurement part 107 measures the reception signal strength of a reception signal which has passed through the band variable band-pass filter 106. A carrier sense determination part 108 performs carrier sense determination on the reception signal on the basis of the reception signal strength. A demodulation part 109 demodulates the reception signal which has passed through the band variable band-pass filter 106, in parallel with measurement of the reception signal strength by the reception signal strength measurement part 107. A control part 111 controls the band variable band-pass filter 106 so that its bandwidth is a carrier sense bandwidth in a predetermined carrier sense period, and controls the band variable band-pass filter 106 so that its bandwidth is a data demodulation bandwidth which is narrower than the carrier sense bandwidth before and after the predetermined carrier sense period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
