The present invention relates to the sector of dietary supplements intended for both humans and animals. The field of the invention is that of medicinal compounds or nutritional or nutraceutical substances used in the preventive treatment of hypercholesterolemia and for the production of foodstuffs with reduced cholesterol content, rich in vitamin A and E and characterized by high oxidative stability. In particular, the invention concerns a dietary supplement comprising as active ingredient a mixture of at least two phenolic compounds of the phenylpropanoid glycoside (PPG) family with synergic effect. |
